Polypropylene crude fiber (Macro Synthetic Fiber) is a kind of high strength fiber which applied in construction engineering, to control concrete toughness and the fight against performance. It can replace traditional steel fiber, and reduce the construction cost. Polypropylene crude fiber is modified polypropylene polymer as the main raw material, through special process technology and production. It has rough surface, wave shape, high tensile strength and modulus. As the main reinforcement of cement concrete and asphalt concrete, it can obviously improve the tensile strength, anti fatigue strength and bending strength of concrete.

Usage:
1. Dosage: more than 3kg/cubic meter of concrete

2. Length: 50mm for general crack level, 40mm for shotcrete

3. Mixer: Horizontal Two-Shaft Forced Mixer

4. Forming Conservation: Conservation can be based upon the requirement of ordinary concrete. No special requirement, tape time can be extended for 30 seconds according to actual situation. In order not to bring out fiber, plastering should be carried out after the concrete surface passivation slightly.
